He has nearly 3 decades of experience building information technology products & solutions, marketing and selling these solutions, leading a business, and mentoring teams. He lives with his family in Pune.

In addition, he helps workers and companies bring "life into work" and "life into life" via biweekly inspired essays about work, life, entrepreneurship, leadership, and more.

Very close to his heart is animal wellbeing. He and his wife play an active role in Pune's stray animal population control programs.
